We may create a free preview mockup of a potential website. A mockup is a non-binding sample for your review. It does not create any obligation for you to purchase, and no payment is required to view it.
Paid work begins after we agree on scope and you confirm. Setup fees and any recurring hosting/maintenance fees are disclosed before you commit. You own your content; the final live website is yours once paid in full.
You agree to provide accurate information and the content/permissions needed to build your site, and to use our services lawfully.
We build high-quality, lead-focused websites, but we cannot guarantee specific business results, lead volumes, or search rankings, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, K94 Production is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
